We are an Alliance, Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, a new and refreshing concept – separate companies who share many technologies, cross-functional manufacturing and common business units operations such as HR, Purchasing, advanced Engineering and others.

In this different, challenging and new environment, we definitely are looking for a strong and adaptable HR Business Partner. You are going to partner with different top management clients with different cultures – from Dutch, to French and Japanese. We will be needing you to collaborate with your clients throughout the planning and execution of all HR initiatives - tying them back to the business strategy and creating an HR Strategy for the areas. You will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching. Your greatest challenge will be to transform and manage change in all levels - leading and participating in cross-Region projects, dealing with different cultures and different levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Work with senior management and the HR teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.

Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.

Provide management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders.

Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.

Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.

Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.

Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.

Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Human Resources Management or related field;

Candidate should have experience in an HR role with broad knowledge and experience in human resources management

Strong verbal and written communications skills – in Portuguese and English;

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and analyze reports;

Experience with labor employment laws, labor environment (Unions, CBAs, etc.), and handle employee relation cases is required

Written and oral fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
